Lily Allen stripped off for her riskiest photoshoot yet as she posed topless beside two ferocious panthers.

Wearing nothing but a pair of diamond-squared hotpants, opaque tights and platform heels, the Smile singer appears to show none of 'The Fear' she sings about in her latest single.

The sexy shoot for Q magazine took place last month, just hours after the 23-year-old singer jetted in from the Caribbean, where she was photographed frolicking with 45-year-old art mogul Jay Jopling.

While the singer appears brave (and perhaps a little insane) to be standing so close to the predatory animals, it turns out Lily was not put at risk and the big cats were simply digitally added in.

In another fun shot, it looks like Lily is taking to the dancefloor with three panthers as she shimmies in between them in a purple fringed dress.

Shot by photographer John Wright, Lily poses in a series of skimpy outfits with her newfound friends from Buckinghamshire's Amazing Animals, who were handled by experienced trainers during the challenging shoot.

The interviewer even claims Lily French kisses Dinsdale in front of him.

She tells the magazine: 'The hunk in my kitchen... Well, he’s hot. He’s cute, isn’t he? I had a sleep-over two nights ago and he came along.'

In the interview, Lily also admits she is in regular contact with ex-boyfriend Ed Simons, who she split from in January last year after a five-month relationship.

The couple ended their relationship shortly after Lily suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage.

She explained: 'We still speak two times a week, he texts me all the time, making sure I’m all right.

'We never were not friends, it just became difficult. Because there was so much pain associated with everything that happened, for me I just needed to get away.

'But we still love each other. And we talk all the time and maybe one day we’ll get back together. But I don’t know. Not right now.'

She also tells the magazines she has visited several lapdancing clubs, despite finding them 'embarrassing'.

A few days earlier they were playing barefoot in the festering slums they call home.

But for 24 hours, Rubina Ali and Azharuddin Mohammed Ismail were transported to a fairytale world.

The youngsters, the only reallife slumdwellers among the child stars of Slumdog Millionaire, were guests of honour at the Oscars.

Ten-year-old Azharuddin, who plays a young version of the lead character's brother Salim, and Rubina, nine, who plays the young heroine Letika, were dressed in brand new outfits and had their hair cut for the occasion.

Initially shy, they linked arms with fellow child actor Ayush Mahesh Khedekar, and walked hesitantly down the red carpet.

Just a few hours later Slumdog Millionaire was the toast of the Academy Awards, and the children stormed on stage punching the air to celebrate.

At one point Azharuddin played with Danny Boyle's best director Oscar, balancing it on his head.

The children were cast in the film in the hope they would reflect the vitality of the slumdwellers. There was an outcry after they returned to their lives of extreme poverty after filming.

However Boyle and the film's producer Christian Colson have insisted they have been generously provided for.

In the latest images released from her new Miu Miu campaign, the actress appears to have taken posing tips from close friend Victoria Beckham.

In contrast to her real-life smiley image, Mrs Cruise looks pouty and straight-faced as she reclines on various sofas and floors for the stunning shoot.

The 30-year-old's appearance in the Miu Miu Spring/Summer '09 campaign marks her first major advertising campaign.

In the atmospheric ads, Katie poses in clothing and sunglasses from the Miu Miu brand in warm, glowing room.

The high-necked dresses and tunics cover up Katie's increasingly skinny frame.

Katie alarmed fans earlier this week when her Christian Lacroix vintage dress exposed her bony breastplate and protruding collarbone.

The photos were taken by acclaimed photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who cited Italian film-maker Federico Fellini as their inspiration.

Slumdog Millionaire on-screen lovers Dev Patel and Freida Pinto have been spotted shopping for a ring, fuelling speculation the pair are romantically involved.

The couple were seen browsing the selection in the Oxford Street branch of a High Street jeweller's on Valentine's Day.

Earlier this week co-star Anil Kapoor, claimed the pair are an item in real life as well as on the big screen.

'They spent 15 minutes in the jeweller's and were quite happy to sign autographs and talk to fans.

'They paid particular attention to one of the cabinets which was full of the more expensive rings stocked by the store chain.

'They didn't buy anything in the end, but they certainly spent plenty of time studying the range.'

The two young stars are said to have grown close while promoting the film - a favourite for the Oscars this weekend - around the world.

Indian actor Kapur said of the couple's relationship: 'I think this is the beginning of something exciting.

'They definitely make a great pair and look very good together.'

Patel, 18, from Harrow, has already bagged a clutch of awards for his role as Jamal in the film. Ex-model Pinto, 24, plays his sweetheart Latika.

Kapoor reportedly made his remarks on a U.S. radio station where he referred to their 'magical chemistry'.
