At one point during the filming the 25-year-old stared vacantly into the camera while she clutched her Yorkie puppie.

The shocking pictures were taken during a shambolic video shoot in LA, just hours after her disastrous interview with OK! magazine.
Britney was in such a state on that occasion that she vomited on a Gucci dress, according to reports.
The editor of OK! magazine has said her staff were left "shocked and saddened" by the star's latest behaviour.
Britney left a bill of more than £10,000 after walking away with designer goods and leaving a number of items damaged.
The singer also let her Yoarkshire terrier defecate on a £3,350 Zac Posen gown.
It's not the first time the star has been seen in a mess in recent times - while visiting a bar in West Hollywood recently, the dazed looking star was seen with food smeared across her face.
