Dell'Olio, who released her autobiography, My Beautiful Game, earlier this year recently said that she and Sven were planning on getting married and had considered adopting a child together.
"Maybe we are getting married, it's something that we are talking about again.
"I have been asking again so we are having conversations about it."

Sven has repeatedly cheating on Nancy during their relationship and famously enjoyed affairs with fellow Swede Ulrika Jonsson and FA personal assistant Faria Alam.
The Italian - who is known for her outrageous outfits - recently claimed that women in the UK have no sense of style.
"In England I seem more exotic, which is why my glamour is seen as a little bit different.

"The standard here is perhaps a bit lower," she told Celebs On Sunday.
"I would never wear something too vulgar. I know what I like. I like red. I like strong lines.
"I like feeling comfortable and I like not looking ridiculous."
