She has dated OC actor Adam Brody, and split from her retired Australian Football League player boyfriend Stuart Dew in March 2007.
An onlooker spotted the duo and said: "They looked like any loved-up couple on holiday. If I didn't know about Russell's reputation, I'd be sure it was serious."
And taking the star's reputation into account - he has dated Kate Moss, and Big Brother contestant Kate Lawler among others, it may not be worth putting any money on it.
