Former England star and Strictly Come Dancing winner Mark Ramprakash is a man of many talents.

Not only is he rather handy with a cricket bat and a bit of a mover on the dance floor - he has also turned his hand to modeling for a good cause.

The 39-year-old sportsman had his body painted to show the internal organs in a bid to get the nation eating more fibre.

And as well as showing off a washboard stomach and toned pecs the former England batsman also revealed a colourfuly painted heart, intestines, colon and bowel.

The healthy star said: 'I'm shocked to learn that 80per cent of the nation aren't eating enough and fully support the Fibre Foundation's campaign to get fibre back on the agenda.'

And according to Mark fibre can cut the risk of heart disease, boost the immune system, reduce the risk of developing diabetes and help combat cancer.

Health and nutrition experts have termed fibre the 'original supernutrient' because of its ability to reduce the risk of developing heart disease, bowel cancer and diabetes.

Actress Mischa Barton suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction last night as she revealed a little more than intended while leaving a fashion show in London.

The star's breast slipped out of her satin red and gold evening gown as she jumped into a taxi after the Fashion For Relief show at the Natural History Museum in South Kensington.

The stunned 22-year-old quickly covered herself up and buried her head in her hands as the car pulled away.

Mischa was among a host of stars at the charity event including Princess Eugenie, Cheryl Cole, Sarah Brown and Elizabeth Jagger.

Earlier this week Mischa was spotted with actor Josh Hartnett at trendy club Bungalow 8, however the Pearl Harbour star has since denied rumours of a romance.

Mischa recently split from Rooney frontman Locke, 24, after almost seven months together.

The couple had just returned from a nearly three week safari and charity junket through Africa and all that togetherness seems to have been their downfall.

A source said it was Mischa who pulled the plug. The source told In Touch magazine: 'Mischa and Taylor’s romance worked because they spent so much time apart.

'They fought almost every day on the trip. She broke up with him just a few days after they returned to LA.'

Model Nell McAndrew has revealed her gym-honed physique as she launches the latest range for lingerie brand Adore Moi.

Despite making looking effortlessly slim the mother-of-one admitted she had to work hard to get in shape for the raunchy underwear shoot.

And judging by her washboard stomach and sculpted arms all the hard work has paid off.

The 34-year-old model replaced Rod Stewart's daughter Kimberly Stewart as the face and body of Debenham's lingerie brand Adore Moi in March this year.

She said: 'I love Adore Moi. The new range is so beautiful and luxurious; the designs make me feel really confident and sexy. It is most definitely a ‘worn to be seen’ collection.

'I worked really hard to for this shoot, to make sure I looked my best, and I’m really proud of the end result.'

The sporty model also ran a time of 3 hours and 11 minutes in this year's London Marathon.

A year after her disastrous comeback attempt at the MTV Video Music Awards, Britney Spears swept the event on Sunday, winning the first three Moonman statuettes of her career.

The pop singer, whose career has been overshadowed in recent years by a litany of personal woes, took home the awards for video of the year, best pop video and best female video, all for the track Piece of Me.

'Wow, thank you, I'm in shock right now. I was not expecting this,' she said at the end of the night as she accepted the shiny Moonman statue for video of the year.

'This is such an honor to have this award right now.'

Spears gave similar speeches with her previous two prizes - best female video and best pop video - politely thanking God, her children and her record label before quickly leaving the stage.

Despite weeks of speculation, Spears did not perform, instead opening the show by delivering just four sentences.

She earned a few laughs during a pre-taped comedic segment with Superbad actor Jonah Hill, in which he repeatedly tried to trick her into kissing him.

The crowd was behind her from the start, with several stars offering their support on the red carpet.

'I've always been a Britney Spears fan,' said Ne-Yo. 'I really want her to get out there and shut everyone's mouth.'

Other winners included R&B singer Chris Brown's With You for best male video, Linkin Park's Shadow of the Day for best rock video, and rapper Lil Wayne's Lollipop for best hip-hop video.
