Gemma 'does a Myleene' and strips off to reveal skimpy bikini

I'm a Celebrity contestant Gemma Atkinson has taken the opportunity to show off her stunning body in a bid to re-enact the scene that made last year's runner-up Myleene Klass famous.

The Hollyoaks star left little to the imagination in her skimpy print bikini as she bathed in the freshwater creek near camp.

Gemma's bikini look was reminiscent of TV presenter Myleene who gained an army of fans - and viewer support - after she too regularly revealed her svelte physique in a white bikini on the popular reality show.

Myleene shot to fame after her stint in the jungle, a move which revamped her ailing career and earned her a £1million M&S deal.

Atkinson, who once dated Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo, could be set to do the same and has already attracted male attention in the form of fellow jungle celeb ex-5ive star Jason "J" Brown with fellow contestant Janet Dickinson saying: "They make a great couple .... he's besotted".

Before coming onto the show, the actress claimed she wasn't averse to the idea of romance but would definitely be keeping her clothes on.

She said: "I see the show as a real personal challenge, but I plan to keep my clothes on.

"I'm not going naked, ever. I am single, so I am open to romance - but I would be embarrassed to fall in love in front of millions of viewers."

Gemma wasn't the only celebrity stripping off in the Australian heat. Rock chick and mother of two, Cerys Matthews, also disrobed in a bid to keep cool in the soaring temperatures revealing an enviable physique.

Wearing a flame red halternecked bikini, the Welsh singer showed off her curvy figure, which caught the attention of fellow campmate Rodney Marsh.
