Katie Price may have flown to Los Angeles for corrective breast reduction surgery, but it appears she may have had an extra procedure thrown in.

The former glamour model unveiled a significantly enhanced pout as she shopped in Los Angeles following her release from hospital.

And the celebrity appeared to be smiling as she was seen out and about in Los Angeles, although with such swollen lips it was somewhat hard to tell.

Make-up free and dressed in a baggy grey t-shirt, shorts and huge shades, Jordan looked relaxed as she trawled around stores Fred Segal and Kitson, emerging with bagfuls of booty.
Perhaps she was stocking up on new clothes for her newly re-sculpted figure.

Last year she went under the knife to drop down from a 32G to a 32C.

But Katie revealed in February that the reduction surgery had failed, taking her down to 32F instead.

At the time she said: 'I was disappointed because they looked big and I wanted them to be a lot smaller.

'They hang too low when I'm standing up. I've also got indents so you can see where the implant is sitting.'

Katie's trip comes as the 30-year-old has been talking about her plans to adopt another child with husband Peter Andre.

She already has two children with 35-year-old Andre: Junior, three and Princess Tiaamii, one.

The couple are also bringing up Harvey, the autistic and partially blind six-year-old son of Jordan and footballer Dwight Yorke.

'I think about it every day, but not yet. We're going to go over soon, (to Bulgaria) and I want to take a load of toys to help stimulate them and give them some love.' she told OK! Magazine.

Katie Price has been a busy woman of late in between promoting her new book, work commitments and motherhood, so the 29-year-old can easily be forgiven for taking some time out to indulge in a little retail therapy.

Looking relaxed, the glamour model known as Jordan hit Wags' fashion favourite Cricket while in Liverpool dressed in a tight blue tiger striped top, figure-hugging three-quarter trousers and heels.

But despite having a breast reduction operation in LA before Christmas, the tiger stripes did nothing to hide that famous cleavage.

Price, known for her raunchy style of dress, has been trying to cultivate a more natural, classy image and wants to put the bad old days of Jordan behind her.

As well as a breast reduction, Price has dyed her hair dark and has been covering up instead of dressing down, although it's clear this outfit revealed her wilder side.

Her makeover plan took a turn for the worse last week after she revealed more of her cleavage than intended at a book signing of her autobiography, Pushed To The Limit.

The mum-of-three, married to Peter Andre, suffered a wardrobe malfunction when her sparkly basque did not completely cover her generous cleavage.

With streaked hair, revealing outfit and of course, recently enlarged breasts, Chantelle has completed the copycat look leaving little doubt as to who she looks to for style tips.

Chantelle has already spent £4,000 on boosting her cleavage from a 32B to a bountiful 32DD, and now there's speculation she's also had collagen pumped in her lips.

She also had a breast reduction in Los Angeles just before Christmas, going from a huge 32FF to a far more reasonable 32D.

She is also rumoured to have had a nose job during the stay.

Rumours Peter Andre is dead are false, say aides

A spokesperson for Peter Andre was forced to deny vicious internet rumours that the singer had died.

Aides made assurances that Andre is alive and continuing to recover from a dangerous brain bug in hospital, according to a report in The Sun.

However, he is barely conscious and struggling to recognise his wife Jordan.

Jordan told OK! magazine: "He doesn't even know I'm there."

The model, who is eight months pregnant with her third child, spoke for the first time since the former pop singer was diagnosed with viral meningitis.

Andre, 34, was rushed to East Surrey Hospital in Redhill with the condition last week.

The 28-year-old - real name Katie Price - told the magazine: "He's really poorly. I feel really bad because if I was in hospital I would want someone with me all the time, but I just physically can't do it because of the kids and work."

She adds: "He's usually sleeping - or drifting in and out. Yesterday I went in and he didn't even know I was there.

"I'm checking on him all day, calling the hospital and then every night I take him a towel in so he can smell home. I am so stressed."

The illness struck Andre while the couple were flying back to London after a promotional visit to the US.

Filming of the couple's ITV fly-on-the-wall reality show has been halted.

Andre's illness marks another blow for the family, which includes 22-month-old son Junior and four-year-old son, Harvey, whose biological father is footballer Dwight Yorke.

Harvey, who was born blind and suffers from other medical conditions, was taken to hospital after scalding himself in a bath at the couple's home on New Year's Eve.

The trial of the family's former nanny was also postponed yesterday after Jordan failed to show up to give evidence.

Jordan told court staff at Lewes Crown Court that she couldn't attend the hearing of 33-year-old Joanne Hillman - who is accused of fraudulently claiming £14,000 in benefits while working for the star - because of Andre's condition.
